Tell us who you love for a chance to win $500!

February is the month of Valentine’s Day, the holiday of love. At Great-West Financial®, the underwriter of ADA Members Insurance Plans, we want to give you the chance to win a Valentine’s gift that’s even better than chocolate (now that’s saying something). By telling us who you love in 100 words or less, you’ll be entered in a contest and have a chance to win:

  • $500 gift card (1 winner)
  • $100 gift card (5 winners)
  • $5 gourmet coffee card (20 winners)

As a benefit of your ADA student membership, you have access to no-cost disability and life insurance. These insurance plans help provide financial protection to you — and also your loved ones. So tell us about a loved one who means a lot to you at insurance.ada.org/heart and maybe you’ll find yourself $500 richer. And remember: $500 buys a lot of chocolate.

The “Who Do You Love” contest ends on February 28, 2017, so be sure to enter soon!

If you have any questions about the no-cost disability and life insurance for dental students — including how to request it for yourself — please contact a Great-West Insurance Plan Specialist at 855.411.5198 or [email protected].
